Great quality product!

It’s been about a month now and it’s holding up really well to our 8 yo and 2 yo. It was really easy to put together considering how big of a structure it is and how many parts there are. The instructions are crystal clear and they give you extras of all the fasteners. We weather sealed it prior to building it so we could make sure the entire thing got coated which I highly recommend. It took me and one helper about 9 hours to assemble, would highly recommend!

Wonderful study swingset

We bought this swingset for my 5 year old im the beginning of summer and she absolutely loves it! It was a hit for her birthday party and all of her friends enjoyed playing on. Great quality and very sturdy. Was easy to put together and we were able to easily modify where the slide went to fit in the space we wanted better.

The swingset is exactly as described and pictured! My almost 2 year old loves it. Unsure how it holds up with Midwest weather since we just bought it and put it together, but we are definitely enjoying it right now!

Don’t recommend

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this product. Cons: The wood is very flimsy and it creaks when my >40lb daughter is on it. A lot of pieces split on installation. You have to watch what way you’re putting each board or you will get 10 steps ahead and have to flip it around. Some do say which way it needs to go, others don’t. Pros: We were missing some pieces that they sent out right away. Easy to get ahold of customer service. 5 year warranty on parts. This product took 2 days to put together...

Good Product, But Parts List and Instructions Need Review

Bolt ID 10 and 11 weren't provided in sufficient quantity. It seems the instructions meant Bolt ID 12, but wrote 10 (Step 60 - J1 brace attachment to M6) and 11 (Step 128 - rock wall assembly attachment to H2 right floor rail). There were not enough Bolts 10 and 12.

Great size

I bought this a few months ago and we love the size, it’s perfect for our yard. We love having the steps as an option because our kid cannot do the rock wall yet. My only small critique is the boards bounce when our one toddler is up there so additional support beams under the landing would be nice. But install was easy to follow instructions!

Great swingset

Was time consuming to assemble but not overly difficult. I would just suggest that you read and follow instructions to the T. My grandchildren love it.

Perfect for a shallow yard!

This has all the features I wanted for my kiddos without being too large for our shallow but long yard.

Granddaughter loves the Atlantis Playset

The Grandparents bought the Atlantis to keep our 2 1/2 year old busy. She loves it! She can’t do the swing yet but we put her toddler swing on one of the swing spots and it’s great. She loves the rock wall and the slide.

Everything we needed in a swing set.

I bought this a couple of weeks before Christmas and my daughter has loved it. She’s 2.5 years old and really likes her “castle”. The swings are a good size for her and she’s just big enough to climb the rock wall. I put it together by myself over a total of 8-9 hrs and consider myself pretty mechanically inclined. Do yourself a favor and use an impact driver instead of a drill for all of the bolts and lag screws. I’d give the instructions around a 90% grade on ease of use and ability to follow...

great features

We bought this swing set for our twin granddaughters and they love it. Sturdy and quality product.

Fun from every angle!

This play set keeps my grandkids entertained for hours, ages 6 and 4. They are spending a lot more time outside and playing make believe is much easier! In the clubhouse area we have had picnics and fought off pirates. We have a third grand baby on the way and I’m sure the Atlantis will continue to get lots of use.

Well worth it

This thing is sturdy. The directions were super easy to follow and it even comes with a few tools to use, which is always a plus. I love the design layout and size of it for the money, perfect for my two kids. The only thing I will be changing is an additional brace under the second flooring(1 2x8). I tend to over build things and this is already over built.

Great playground

We bought our playground 6 months ago and it’s been great and our kids love it! Very well designed

Horrible delivery service

I will never order from Lowe’s again. The item itself is fine but they use a third-party delivery and it was terrible! They left 2 very large boxes sitting in the front yard. I contacted Lowes and they offered no help or compensation.

Quality materials and design

This is a well made, solid set. It took two men about 12 hours to install. A few parts were missing and after a call to Backyard Discovery, they were delivered quickly, free of charge. I bought the set for my grandchildren, 4 & 6 years of age. I think the manufacturer advertising is misleading, this set is not for older children. Max age I would say is 7 years old. It’s study enough to handle the weight capacity but it’s too small for older kids. We needed to stake it down to keep it from liftin...

Not Study & Small

Much smaller in person than it appears in pictures. I would not recommend this swing set for any child over the age of 5. The wood squeaks when my kids (5 & 1) swing. There is no way this swing set will last. We previously had a backyard discovery swing set that lasted for several years. I expected more with this set.

So so quality for the price.

The wood is thin, and the floor bends under the weight of my 5 year old. During assembly, lots of cracks in the boards. I do not have a great degree of confidence that this product will last, or will not result in injury if one of the floor boards breaks when multiple kids are playing and jumping. Would not buy again.

Beautiful but thin wood

This is a beautiful swing set but the wood is thin. Overall I am very happy with it, but I had to put some 2x4s under the platform to stabilize it and make it stronger. It made cracking sounds every time someone would get on it. I didn’t want my kid to fall through. Once I did that, we haven’t had any issues. My kid LOVES playing on it!
