What Customers Are Saying
The ceiling tiles are generally well-received, with many customers praising their appearance and ease of installation. However, the tiles are quite fragile, with the edges being prone to chipping and cracking during handling and installation. Customers recommend exercising great care when working with the tiles. Additionally, the packaging is often poor, with many tiles arriving damaged or cracked, even in sealed boxes. While the tiles are inexpensive, the requirement to purchase them in full boxes of 8 can be inconvenient if only a few replacement tiles are needed. Overall, the ceiling tiles can provide good value with proper care, but the fragile nature and packaging issues are common frustrations.

Would RecommendI orderer 3 boxes with 16 tile per box. Not only did i receive it late but I received ome box with 3 tiles in the box. They said they will make it right but I needed them by a certian date so I ended up going to the store and getting a different kind. It is an hour drive to the closest store. The quality of the tiles I did recieve were good!

Wishing they just sold single panels.
Would RecommendI received a discount on the package as there was evident damage on 2 of the panels but upon opening the package at home it appeared that all of the panels were smashed in one of the corners. I was able to make the replacement panel work as I only needed one to replace a water damaged one in my mother’s ceiling.

Impressed by the quality
Would RecommendBought three boxes of these. They cut like butter and easy to put up. First Two boxes were in good shape, but the third one had little bit of damage to it. I installed the full sized ones first and used the damaged ones as cut pieces, just to reduce waste. It would be nice if lowes had no damaged goods. You're selling things not breaking things, but I digest. All and all it turned out well and I would get them again.
