What Customers Are Saying
The ceiling tiles are generally well-received, with many customers praising their appearance and ease of installation. However, the tiles are quite fragile, with the edges being prone to chipping and cracking during handling and installation. Customers recommend exercising great care when working with the tiles. Additionally, the packaging is often poor, with many tiles arriving damaged or cracked, even in sealed boxes. While the tiles are inexpensive, the requirement to purchase them in full boxes of 8 can be inconvenient if only a few replacement tiles are needed. Overall, the ceiling tiles can provide good value with proper care, but the fragile nature and packaging issues are common frustrations.

Would RecommendI ordered 14 cases of these, and they only delivered 14 tiles. I have called Lowe's 4 times now and still do not have my tiles. This is unacceptable!! Call the store and there are NEVER any managers available. Always in meetings.

Simple ceiling tile replacement
I needed to install ceiling tiles where I removed old fluorescent suspended ceiling fixtures. These served my purpose perfectly.

Bought these as an "open box" purchase. Not exactly style I wanted, but at 50% off, it was a good purchase.

Product fine, Delivery Better
Would RecommendThe product is perfectly fine & is going in our church’s family chapel. I’m so glad I had it delivered though! Driver was very courteous & friendly, & did the extra work of carrying it up the stairs & into the chapel! My senior mother & I would never have been able to get all those tiles wrestled up the stairs! Thank you!!!
