What Customers Are Saying
The ceiling tiles are generally well-received, with many customers praising their appearance and ease of installation. However, the tiles are quite fragile, with the edges being prone to chipping and cracking during handling and installation. Customers recommend exercising great care when working with the tiles. Additionally, the packaging is often poor, with many tiles arriving damaged or cracked, even in sealed boxes. While the tiles are inexpensive, the requirement to purchase them in full boxes of 8 can be inconvenient if only a few replacement tiles are needed. Overall, the ceiling tiles can provide good value with proper care, but the fragile nature and packaging issues are common frustrations.

Tiles Smell
Would Not RecommendUsed these for my basement and they’re a great product, however they have such an incredibly strong smell after install. Halfway through my ceiling and a couple days after starting there’s a real strong chemically smell that almost smells like burning plastic. Unfortunately I can’t air out my basement very well so here’s to hoping it doesn’t take too long to dissipate

Curbside pickup does not always work as expected.
Ceiling tiles for a drop ceiling were fine - but it's annoying the way the surface pattern changes - it makes it hard to match without replacing all the tiles in the room. I got an email that my order was ready to be picked up, and I went to the pick up area and sent the proper text, but no one came. I went inside and although the associates were really friendly and helpful, it was clear that my order was not in the pickup staging area. So the pick up took longer than it should have. But th...

you delivered it to the wrong house,
Doug,
You may want to reach out to Lowe's and see if they can re-deliver if needed.
Adequate Replacement Drop Ceiling Tiles
Would RecommendGreat replacement drop ceiling tiles. Only drawback is how brittle they are in the corners so some of them look less than new but still a great improvement over the old tiles. Also they are slightly thicker than the old tiles so they shouldn’t sag.

Tile
Would RecommendTiles are made cheap and basically junk. Hard to work with and cut. Not Lowe’s fault they are all made this way.
