What Customers Are Saying
The ceiling tiles are generally considered a good quality product that is easy to install and matches existing ceilings well. Customers found the tiles to be durable, clean, and strong. However, some reported issues with the tiles arriving damaged or broken, being fragile and prone to crumbling, and having an unpleasant odor. Cutting and fitting the tiles properly was also a challenge for some. Overall, the tiles can be a suitable option when received in good condition, but customers should be prepared for the possibility of defective tiles that may require returning or exchanging.

Long lead-time
Would Not RecommendSpecial order item, so they took a while to be shipped. When I received them, there were a few panels damaged, but Lowe's stepped up and credited me the amount for them.

Used for basement
Would RecommendThis is my first experience with a drop ceiling. The dimensional tiles have a great look and installation is easy. Cutting the tiles for short pieces is a little time consuming since 2 cuts per side have to be made to allow the tile to drop below the grid.
