What Customers Are Saying

The ceiling tiles have a mixed reception. Some customers found them easy to install and appreciated the improved appearance, but the majority reported significant issues. The tiles are described as extremely fragile and prone to cracking, chipping, or breaking, especially along the edges. Many received damaged tiles or experienced damage during installation. There were also concerns about strong odors. While the tiles may be an affordable option, the consensus is that they are of poor quality and require very careful handling, with a high risk of damage.

Sturdy and easy to install

Would Recommend

The product did not exactly fit the previous metal hangers so those had to be adjusted; however the product itself was packaged well to prevent damage in transport and was relatively easy to install. There are cautions about how easily the ceiling tiles can break, but our crew installed without any breaking or chipping. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the product!

Good looking, but fragile.

Would Recommend

These panels look great installed on my utility room, but the edges are very fragile, so one has to get them adove the grid VERY carefully. They are easily scratched and dented on the edges. A number of my panels had defects or damage, but I had enough full panels for my needs. I used damaged panels for the smaller areas of the grid. I used my table saw with a shop vac on the dust collector to cut them accurately. As long as the blade is raised only just enough, you won't have a dust or silica...

Looks good and easy to work with

Would Recommend

Its easy to work with and cut, yet durable enough to look well built. It does not look like it will sag like previous ceiling tiles

Would Recommend

No problem with the tiles, we just had difficulty with the broken corners and damaged pieces. I returned 2 boxes of damaged ones from the first purchase, and tossed the bad ones from the last 11 bundles purchased.

Brittle ceiling tiles

Would Recommend

These tiles are fragile. It does not take much to crack, scratch, or break. I purchased 9 cases of tiles. At least 20 tiles were scratched or marked in some way. Including an entire case that each tile corner was broken off. There is a lot of waste when installing these as the edges need to be cut to fit, but that would be the same with any tile.
