What Customers Are Saying
The ceiling tiles have a mixed reception. Some customers found them easy to install and appreciated the improved appearance, but the majority reported significant issues. The tiles are described as extremely fragile and prone to cracking, chipping, or breaking, especially along the edges. Many received damaged tiles or experienced damage during installation. There were also concerns about strong odors. While the tiles may be an affordable option, the consensus is that they are of poor quality and require very careful handling, with a high risk of damage.

Would RecommendTiles are made cheap and basically junk. Hard to work with and cut. Not Lowe’s fault they are all made this way.
