Good Use

I am using this an the liner in garden beds. It is much more effective than anything in the garden section.

30 Pound Roofing Felt

Seems heavy and relatively tough, not easily torn. This is the old fashion type underlayment before the newer synthetic much thinner underlayment came along. I use this instead of the thin 15 pound. You get more coverage with the 15 pound for the money but the 30 is better. I use this on a roof with a board decking, not plywood. Thick Felt

Used this for the underlayment for a shed roof. It worked as expected. It's on the thick side but I was looking for the best protection I could get without paying for high end the peel and stick underlayment.

Well made works great

Well made a little stiff laying it down in the cold weather but it did lay flat after I got it rolled out. I used it under my Tiles on a new patio roof I am building. It Keep the rain off my sheeting till I could finish my roof.

Thick roof underlayment

Nice a thick, no risk of this tearing while spreading adhesive onto it for attaching the top roll roofing layer. Nailed it onto the plywood underlayment with a nail every 8 inches. Pitch of my roof is only 1:12 so little risk of sliding and in a low wind region.

Thicker than standard

This is a true 30 pound felt that gives real protection to the roof sheathing. It is much thicker than the standard 30 pound felt. This stuff is all I use as a professional roofing contractor.

Good underlayment.

Easy to un-roll and doesn't tear on it's own while trying to staple in place.

While I might prefer a heavier product, this is about the best you can get at a big box store. Will certainly do the job, a quality product. I am using it under my tile roof as I am re-roofing it.
