Poor guides

Purchased a second drawer. The first one fit and functions great. The guides on this one are real rough and the slow close does not pull the drawer closed most of the time. It would be difficult to return because it’s already been assembled. Would be great if I could just get the guides replaced.

Good drawer Bad hardware

Overall it’s a solid drawer. Only issue is the hardware that comes with it. I have used this exact product in the past, hardware now seems to be of lower quaintly and breaks easily.

Exactly what I needed

Great drawers

Love the addition of these to the closet towers. It provides storage without taking up space. They are sturdy but be careful putting together, the cams break easily.

Excellent Product

Easy and quick to assemble. Best part is that the drawer slide mounting holes are pre-drilled in the exact spot needed to ensure that the drawer does not bind up. Anyone who has ever tried to put in drawer slide would like to thank the designers for this simple but essential feature. Color matches exactly. I added a Gateway lock, also available from Lowes, for secure storage. I also added carpenters glue to the joints, dowels and drawer bottom grooves. This thing is tighter than a tick. Not ...

Part missing

Love the drawers & quality of them. I purchased the kit that came with one, then 2 more drawers. One of them was missing a piece of the hardware necessary to keep it together. The box appeared to be brand new, but the plastic was cut & a cam was missing. I returned it to Lowe’s & purchased another one. A little inconvenienced, but otherwise happy customer.
