hard to get!

Goes with my custom closet. Wanted to buy two more but not willing to pay $100 delivery charge

Damaged

The item was nowhere to be found in stores so I had no choice but to order online. The boxes arrived fine but on both drawers that I ordered they were damaged whicb tells me quality control is non existent. Luckily for me, the damage isnt too noticeable unless you are right on top of it.

Can be added after putting up the tower

I bought these drawers to replace the shoe cubby on the closet tower and absolutely loved the look and finish. I also felt that I had more storage space and a better aesthetic feel.

White is not White! 3 different colors of white!

White is NOT white, there are 3 shades of white apparently. So early boxes packaged as "white" are more like a grayish, then there is antique white which is more yellowish, then there is actually a white white. BUT you might buy a box labeled "white" but it could be one of the 3 different white's so let's say you have 3 boxes. You might have 3 different colors or 2 of the same and one different. Good quality drawer

Nice drawer with quality built and soft-close rail

Flimsy, cheaply made, low quality

This whole line is just not that great. Flimsy and low quality. Screws are never tight because the core material is a papery sawdust held together by glue, so the whole structure is rickety and not solid or firm. The cam screws are made from such low quality metal that I broke three of them putting the whole closet together. They are one step up from plastic painted with a chrome veneer. Broken Pieces.

The sliders broke and the ball bearings that help the drawer slide on smoothly fell out so we had to bend pieces back into place in order for the drawer to go in. This happened on both sliders and is an indication of either poor design or poor material.

drawers close a little hard, but love the look.

the item is fine, but the service and delivery i'd rate right up there with dental surgery. Nothing but problems and while it showed delivered, I never received them. I had to go to 2 stores to get this resolved. Beyond frustrating. The good thing...finished product looks great.

Cant not order extra parts if missing or breaks

Easy to assemble-but but can not get parts. Company says they do not carry them anymore. If something is missing in box or breaks while putting drawer together you are better off taking it back to store and refunding or exchanging for a new one.
