No replacement bulbs

I wish I had read the reviews earlier. I usually do. There are no replacement items for this fixture and when I look up the website that Lowe’s recommends it goes to another website.

Over priced

The pictures shown on the internet and the box of Allen,rothSloan Flexible Track Lighting will convince u that the Track Lighting is Quality .My company does a lot of one of a kind custom design interiors inside homes .Allen rothSloan should have spent money on the quality of the product instead of the pictures of there product.The track is very hard to bend and the fasteners are cheap plastic that when tensions is applied it pulls right out of the sheet rock .When the lights are attached and ...

Electrically defective

Bought this item from two different Lowe's stores, on both instances the canopy base tripped the fuse. Other light fixtures using the same ceiling mount worked fine.

One light bulb already burned out!

One light bulb burned out in 7 months! The bulbs can't be bought or easily replaced. I am trying to submit a request for replacement through the manufacturer and have not received a response. I love the fixture - except for this - and it's a pretty big problem. So, I guess you take your chances with LEDs.

DIMMABLE LED FLEXIBLE TRACK LIGHT

Easy to install but was disappointed when parts were missing. Called the manufacturer's phone number on the installation instructions like it suggested to get the missing parts and was told to call Lowes directly that they took care of that themselves. Why did the instructions say to call the manufacturer? However, Lowes did have another unit they exchanged it out for us, but we had to uninstall the fixture to bring it in for exchange and reinstall the new one.

Excellent quality, well designed

First off I'd like to mention that these kinds of flexible track light fixtures are not easy for beginners to install, especially if they are on a high ceiling. I believe many of the negative reviews you'll see below are due to inexperienced installers. Very disappointed

Installed the track and lights. Had power to the track. Not one light would come on. Support is virtually non-existent from Allen & Roth - or at least I was unable to find any. I am disappointed that the light would not work and also disappointed in Lowe's for selling a product that, based on other reviews, often just does not work.

No really quality product

We bought this for our kitchen. It's a bit flimsy and the base where the electric is installed is cheaply made. It's up and looks good. Feel like it's way over priced for the quality of the product.

Nice light for the price.

I was worried about buying this product because of the bad reviews, but it was the only economical choice I could find with the style and function I was looking for. I am a 60 year old female with limited DIY experience and had no trouble installing the fixture. The drywall anchors worked fine and the supports are secure. ZERO STARS!

Same complaints as everyone else. Install was fairly easy, lights would work until you clamped it shut, Spent over and hour chasing problems before it was fixed. Lights are super bright, none of the dimmers recommended on box work, very misleading and a waste of my time and money ordering dimmers. Contacted dimmer’s customer service said they hadn’t performed any testing to confirm reliability and the blinking of the fixture lights in a sign of incompatibility. Don’t waste your time.

Disappointed

Purchased this lighting unit almost a year before we installed it and within a week one of the PLASTIC mounting legs had snapped. I liked the way it looked at first. Now I’m Extremely disappointed. Not sure what to do as most people’s reviews say that there are not replacement parts available through Lowe’s. I now have four holes drilled in my newly painted ceiling. What am I going to do?

Twice Faulty - Shame on You Again

I purchased this light, installed it, flipped the breaker back on... nothing. I took it down, brought it back for a very quick & painless exchange (thanks Lowe's!), and then found the second unit to be faulty as well. I took the meter to it, and found that the issue lies with the pinch connections that grab onto the track. Looks good. POOR QuLity

First LED went out after just 8 weeks. LEDs are integrated and not replaceable. No source fro replacement.

Dont know about the light but the A+R is terrible

I waited too long to open the box and install the light I guess but upon installation, I found that most of the parts for the track support were missing out of the box. First thought is just to exchange it but it had been sitting in my kitchen for months so that wasn't an option. No problem, I'll just call Allen + Roth and have them send me the supports I need...even pay for them if I had to. Nope, they DO NOT MAKE REPLACEMENT PARTS for this product. Track Lights

For the price, it did look pretty cheap out of the box. However, it's looks so nice on the ceiling. I love how it fixed an off center light box in the room. Would definately biy again.n

Nice looking, state of the art Flex trac.

Was fairly easy to install I used studs not the anchors. The fixtures are neat and well could be better made to fit w/o intense squeezing and a bit of force, but if the flex trac is installed properly copper ground up and hot wires facing in and the cans placed on the trac properly the lights will and do work just fine. I have it hooked up to a LED compatible dimmer, which causes a bit of a hum. Overall it looks great gets compliments and lights great!

Terrible light

This fixture is not worth $180 dollars. The quality is terrible and the light did not work after installation. Do not buy! We will be returning this item.

Looks beautiful in my updated kitchen

Relatively easy to install. We took the advice of other reviewers and used heavier duty anchors. The track itself is quite pliable so you can shape it into any way you'd like. Is it an amazingly well built light? No. However for the price and the look of it we really like it. The LED bulbs are far superior to the old halogen and give off little to no heat. They do glare a little as there is no diffuser to soften the light as it leaves the fixture. All in all we are quite happy with it.
