Defective light and no customer service

I love the light. But one of the pendants did not work and when i called the contact number they said they didn't have any replacement parts for that light. They said i would have to uninstall it and send the whole light back before they would replace the fixture. I asked who was going to pay my installer to remove and another $200 to reinstall. They had no response. He was going to have a manager call me back. Still waiting for that call......Very dissapointed.

Don’t recommend

The fixture looks great.. for awhile. I bought this fixture several years ago. After about a year the lights started going out and the bulbs cannot be replaced. So after about six years I have one working light remaining out of six. My only option is to buy another fixture and pay an electrician to install it. Warranty wouldn't stand behind it after one year. Would NOT recommend this fixture!

Horrible Customer Service

I have repeatedly called about this product, which I paid nearly $200. Stay away from this product. The customer service is horrible. Lowes Service Advantage called 6 months after my initial call, only to be informed that my WARRANTY date had passed. I give them 5 stars for scamming me out of my money. Never again.

Love Hate relationship

LOVE...I moved into my home in 2020 and put up this BEAUTIFUL light. It was perfect...not too modern, not too contemporary. It blends with most decors. Many compliments and very functional. HATE... one LED light went out in 2024. I believe LEDs are supposed to have a longer lifespan? Also, realized that the "lamp" itself was not removable from the smaller light component. so I removed the lamp component that was out. LOVE/HATE...Went to my Low's lighting. Very Helpful. Pulled out instructions...

Just got this installed after 2 days of a little frustration. Had to buy a new way to support it as my ceiling wouldn't hold the enclosed support. After that it was pretty easy. We opted for just a straight track which made it much easier. I found a laser lever which really helped. The last problem is one of the lights does not work.
