I thonk its ridiculous to have to buy an entire new light fixture just to replace 2 lights

No replacement parts.

Made by Lowes. They don’t stand behind this light after 1 year. Plastic piece of junk holding globes in and breaks. Don’t buy. Looks nice when it’s up, but don’t want to replace every other year

Recommendation

Overall, the product is well built. However, I have two recommendations on this product. 1. These lights only come in 8 foot length. Recommend having this product available in 10 foot length monorail and/or 2. come with an extension coupler like some other products have available. I would have given 5 stars if other options were available.

1.5 years one light out already

How does the warranty work for the replacement? It has integrated led bulbs i regret buying it

4 out of the 6 lights are out. There are no bulbs to change. Shortly after purchasing the fixture one of the lights went out and I had to take it back to the store and they gave me one off of a display.

Don't waste your money

2 of my LED Bulbs went out within 7 months and when I tried to replace the blubs you can't they're a single unit.

Lights can not be replaced and only last for a ye

We are not going to recommend this product to anyone. Just a year after purchase 2 of the 6 lights started to flicker and quit working went to lowes fir replacement and they do not have replacement parts. Now a year and a half 2 more lights are not working.

Beautiful light, but the bulbs burn put quickly

Unfortunately, this light goes through bulbs quickly and you have to replace each light rather than the bulb. You have to order them through Evolution Lighting and they don't accept credit cards so you must send a check.

Can I give this ZERO stars?

I purchased this light fixture from Lowes in Oct 2018. Due to some delay in renovations I did not install it until later in 2019. It stayed stored in the box. Once installed it was beautiful, and I absolutely loved the light! Then issues started. Roughly 6 months in, a light stopped working. Frustrating but not a huge deal since I still had five other lights to tough it out. Then another stopped working, and another.... Now I'm down to a very dark kitchen with only 2 of the 6 lights work...

Poor Quality

The Light fixture is cool looking, but the non-replaceable (lifetime) lights are burning out. We have 2 of the 6 lights already out after about a year and a half. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, and it's not cheep.

Use proper dimmer and ensure good ground contact

Purchased and installed two of these without realizing how poor the reviews were beforehand. Cheap mass produced junk. Immediately one started flickering occasionally on the dimmer and sure enough, less than two months later it quit working all together. Seems I have fixed both issues by swapping out the dimmer and bending the upper copper tab out on the track attachment for better contact with the fixture. Fingers crossed...

they are terrible!

I installed on February of 2020 and by July one lifht is not working. I have tried to contact Allenroth several tines regarding warranty and there has Zero response. I hate it because they look so nice but are horrible. Every time I turn them on they blink and I had to buy a $30 switch that was recommended for the lights and it still does not work.

Lights go out

Faulty. Liked the look when we put it up. Nice that you can focus each mini can where you want illumination. After being up for two years, one of the bulbs goes very dim, sometimes flashes back on- at times briefly at a higher illumination. Now reading reviews where other people are having the same issue and apparently can’t get any remedy organ than to replace the whole thing.

Lights Burn Out Fast

Too bad I cannot give zero stars. The lights are not cheap. The setup requires a bit more than standard track lights. But the quality is definitely subpar. I have three issues with these. Discoloration, short lived bulbs, and bad customer service. I had purchased three sets which is 18 bulbs. 1. Discoloration: About half of them have a yellow hue on the glass. Do not buy

I’ve had the track for about a year and a half and over the last 3 months, 3 of the lighting heads have burned out. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews before I bought it that said you can’t buy replacement heads at Lowe’s. One website gives you a phone number that leads to another website. Buyer beware

Poor quality

I have 2 of these lights and they have not even had the light installed for a year. One fixture already has a light flickering and the other has a piece at the end of the track broken off. I have tried to contact the company many times and no one ever emails back or calls back. Very poor customer service from them.

Very Disappointed

Been up for about 2 years lights have quit working. W/o the receipt I'm stuck with an expensive junk. The 5 year led warranty is not being honored

I had to fix the LEDs

I have had the same issues others have had with the LEDs going out in the first year. There are no replacements. So i decided to open up the lamp and fix it myself. What i found was that the dimmer module was putting out between 30-40 vdc and 150ma. The factory LED after some searching could not handle the current. Nice intent & design. Quality fail.

Light heads started flickering and going out within 3 months. Can't buy new. No action from Lowe's or allen + roth. Options if past Lowe's return date are to buy another to cannibalize and hope lights last or remove, donate to local landfill, and hope to find another brand that uses same extra four holes in ceiling.
