Don’t buy. Lights burn out, non replaceable.

I only bought this fixture for replacement parts. I have one that I installed a few years ago and two of the lights have already died, and they don’t sell replacements.

Not a big fab

Bulky product and not easy to install. It is not esthetically appealing

Great look but really a pain to put up especially when trying to get it all to be flush with the ceiling. It definitely takes patience and 2-3 people

Cannot replace bulbs. FIVE burned out

Bought this as I needed a light with the junction box off center, so this had that flexibility. This light might be on at most 3 hours a day. However, less than a year later 2 bulbs burned out. Lowes could not just replace bulbs. I had to have new replacement heads shipped in from China & took 7 weeks. Junk don't buy this kit

Purchased light kit from lowes. The installation is not bad. Looks good but quality is horrendous. 3 lights out within 6 months. Customer service is horrible could never get them on the phone. Forget the 5 year led warranty. I have replaced 9 lights in 3 years. Voltage is good tested at connection and on track. Just junk with worse customer service. I'm surprised lowes Continues to Cary this.

A very poor product

Wish I had read reviews before purchase. My story mostly echoes what others have experienced. One light went out in second year. Went to the store I purchased from and they said to call customer service. I found the number in the instructions that came with the unit. They said no lights in stock and did not know when they would get any and to remove the entire unit and return to the store for a total replacement. Does not work

I paid to have this installed in my kitchen and 3 of the lights did not work . You can’t get replacement lights so I have to get another fixture and pay again to have it installed. What a waste of money. Not up to Lowe’s standards!

Easy to interchange the LEDs.

Purchased to replace the LEDs on an existing track light. All 6 lights had burned out over a 3 year span. I expect to replace the track light system in another 3-5 years. Easy to interchange the LEDs, but it seems to be an expensive yet necessary step. The light system was not designed to be long lasting, nor simple to buy replacement lights. These bulbs are non replaceable they will burn out on you in less than a year, you will try to replace but then will find out they are non replaceable and try to get replacement parts keep your receipt because you wont get parts without it. Throw Away Lights-Temporary at Best!

I purchased this light to go over a 6 foot kitchen island. After a year, the plastic rings that hold the light to the track cracked/broke and the lights no longer work. One bulb has burned out and can not be replaced. One year: throw the light away, and fix the holes in your ceiling!

Ease of Installation

Love the look and the ease of installation. Do not like that there are not any accessories to go with it (i.e. hanging lights, pendants, etc)

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Three of 6 lights burned out in 2 years. Can't replace bulbs.

Some bulbs were bad, dont think you can buy replac

1 light bulb was dead, 2 others would dim and brighten at various times. L owes refunded my money

Only a good as the cheapest plastic part

They love to say that LED bulbs don't need to be replaced, but that doesn't mean the light fixture itself doesn't break. Once the clip holding the light to the track breaks, it doesn't matter how good the bulb is. And don't count on finding replacements. I've lost three lights now and need to replace the entire fixture with something not made by this company.

All bulbs non functional after 1 year

After 1 year, all LED bulbs were non functional. There is no support from the manufacturer and you cannot purchase replacements.
