Meh... It heats water. It Ain't fancy!
It heats water quickly. I would NOT recommend this for a Family of 4-5 without a hot water loop that included a circulating pump. But, then again.... if you HAD a hot water loop with Circ. Pump... You'd be advised to spend 50% more money and install a Tankless unit and save yourself the Rental KWs.

Would Not RecommendHave to vent the water heater by not putting the small door on the top side of the waste heater. If this isn't done the breaker inside the panel will pop.
