Good water heater
Would RecommendI got this a few weeks ago install was easy and with in an hour had hot water. We can run the washer and still have enough hot water to take a shower without a drop in temperature. Thos is well with the price.

This water heater was purchased brand new on a Sunday, professionally installed, and did not work from day one. This was in a rental property, and the guests had already been without hot water for nearly a week. Would RecommendOnly one item on the unit I would change, the drain valve is plastic, need to be steel or brass. The first one I purchased was broken, had to exchange it. Installation went well. Installed an expansion tank at the same time. All install a pressure reduction valve to the main incoming line before installation. Set both main line and expansion tank to 55psi.
