Since there were no deliveries we even rented a truck, but it arrived with a broken heating element, it was completely rusted. The people we hired to do the replacement had to come back a total of three times before we were finally able to use the shower on the third day. Who will reimburse us for all the money spent on trips back and forth to Lowe’s...
