What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the compact, short profile for fitting tight spaces like crawl spaces and under counters, with side connections enabling easier installation in confined areas. Most report quick, straightforward installation in under an hour and consistent hot water output for daily household needs. Many highlight strong value compared to alternatives and note pre-cut insulation improved efficiency. A small number experienced early defects including leaking valves and thermostat issues, though most users find the combination of space-saving design, ease of setup, and reliable performance highly satisfactory.

Replacing 1 with i/o On the top Be ready 2 Plumb
Did not like that the picture describing it is different than the actual Unit Intake and output Are on the side not the top. Other than that I like the product I bought it When my 50 gallon tank suddenly went out. I live alone so I bought a smaller unit For two reasons One I have gas lines into my house but not to the water heater. and I plan on putting a 50 gallon gas in Sometime in the future. I also have plans To move someday and have an outbuilding garage that's going to need hot water as we...

Requires additional parts.
Would Not RecommendI did not realize it needed to take in water from the bottom unlike the unit it replaced. This unit required more additional parts which were not indicated during original purchase.

Perfect for crawl space
Would RecommendJust what I needed for dry crawl space due to height and plumbing on side vs top. I service for a few days, but plumber agreed it was easier to install. Hope this lasts 13 + years like my last one.
