Would Not RecommendBought and installed 4/2023 - It works fine and probably will for a while. Definitely not built for longevity. Assembly quality was not great. Stripped bolts, bulging insulation, warped plastic and slap dash. I am sure it will be fine for its use but won't buy this again.

Poor help
Would RecommendWaited 35 minutes for an associate to help me in electrical department, even after i went to customer service to ask for assistance. Had to go a second time and ask for help from flooring department. Flooring associate was excellent, got someone right over to help me.

Would RecommendI replaced a 30 gallon tank with the 40 gallon and couldn't be more happy. Did it myself and it was very easy to do. I just made sure the element wattage matched my old unit so I didn't have to modify my breaker panel.

Would Recommendlooked easy to install, was the same size as my old Rheem tank so it didn't take much plumbing to get everything lined up. my plumber says that most people get leaks around the in / out ports because they use white thread tape and you should be using the yellow thread tape made for metal screw together fittings (hope that helps some one.)
