What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this water heater for reliable performance, effortless installation, and strong value. Most highlight how simple the setup was, with connections matching perfectly and minimal adjustments needed. Reviewers consistently report ample, consistent hot water output, with the 40-gallon capacity and 3800-watt element heating rapidly even in smaller homes. Many replaced units that served over two decades, noting improved performance. Several chose based on brand reputation for durability and longevity. A few mention concerns about the plastic drain valve durability or isolated noise issues, but these are rare exceptions to overwhelmingly positive feedback.

Eco Friendly Heater
Would RecommendThis unit was easy to install. We noticed the difference immediately on the heat from our hot water. Faster and a higher temperature. Cost was reasonable as well. Highly recommend it.

Easy to Install Water Heater
Would RecommendThis was bought a few weeks ago. The installation was so easy. The hard part was removing the old tank. The new tank was a perfect fit for the two of us.

So far so good
Would RecommendReplaced the original Water Heater that was also an AO Smith product after almost 27 years of service. I followed the sediment flush schedule and was very impressed with the longevity. Will see how the new model performs. So far I've had nothing to complain about. Super easy install and within an hr, water was hot.

Trust worthy and worth the money and time.
Would RecommendI bought this water heater because the old 1 was installed when the house was built 24 years ago. It started going out so decided that if the old 1 lasted that long then go with what you trust.
