8 inch chefs knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knife is the perfect length/weight and very sharp. Wished the handle was a little more rounded to feel better in my hand. Matches nicely with the Henckels classic forged 4” paring knife

Solid Sharp Professional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't get better than this knife. Slightly scared to use it. The long tip feels intrusive. But effective in prep. Solid weight. Feels like a professional chef.

Best knife you could own

It has a very comfortable feel, the balance of its weight also make a big difference. Extremely sharp and offers a very good control.
