My new work horse knife
Would RecommendI have numerous chefs knives. This has become my new go to work horse knife. I love its weight and balance. The blade shape is perfect for the rock chop which is my go to method of cutting. It was super sharp out of the box. I highly recommend it.

Warranty useless
I have to say I bought this knife previously and had such a difficult time utilizing the warranty that I had to order another one after I dropped it on the kitchen floor once and it broke into pieces. I loved the knife up until that happened so I went ahead and purchased another one after I couldn't utilize the warranty for the first one. Be careful with them but they are nice knives
