Super sharp
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful knife. Haven’t used it yet but I know it’s very sharp. It cut through my finger like it was butter when I was washing it. And I didn’t feel a thing. Be aware that the angled bolster on these Pro knives can be a problem when looking for storage.
