[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is excellent for all types of meats that you need to cut, fish, beef, chicken, ect... the knife is always sharp, hardly do I ever need to get it sharpened, its flexible and perfectly balanced on the had making for a very consistent experience when cutting fat, bone ect from your piece of meat

Great knife

Watch your fingers! Sharp & versatile…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Managed to prepare fish just fine before purchasing this knife. Well, or so I thought. This is just as strong and sharp as my go to, but we love the flexibility making the same tasks faster and cleaner.

Multipurpose Fillet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is sleek and the weight is well balanced. The blade is very sharp and flexible. This knife is great to filet fish. In addition, it can be used to cut watermelon and cantelope from the rind.

First used it in a Fish Cooking Class!

Here it is with Israeli Couscous with Tomato Buerre Blanc Sauce. So I bought this knife! Looking forward to not being afraid of whole fish!

Excellent Value

Impressive fillet knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I come from other high end German and Japanese knives, but had never bought a fillet knife before. I knew I needed one and it just so happened there was a roadshow with these knives at a great price point, so I figured why not give it a try. All I can say is why did I wait so long to get a good filleting knife. Makes trimming meats and filleting fish immensely easier.
