Fantastic check valve
Would RecommendI use this in a sump hole that sees 10gpm, meaning this thing is flapping 2-3x per minute, day in and day out. I need a rock solid check valve for this kind of application, and this is the best one I've seen in 20 years of owning my lovely flood prone basement. Unlike a lot of cheaper check valves, this one's crimp points are very solid and reassuring. There's nothing worse when you think you have the crimps set right and they blow out the first time the pump fires.

Would RecommendI was having problems with one pump burning out and determined that it had no check valve between it and the battery backup pump- so the primary pump as pumping back through the system and B/U pump. The check valve fixed it and at a reasonable cost.

Does its thing
