Like Replacment
Our place had this model/brand of check valve. The build quality appears to be okay. The last part which was installed by the previous home owner who had the system installed cracked and began leaking out the bottom where the top and lower half are molded together. Part came with Flathead Band clamps and they were easy to remove to squeeze the part in. The part has been in place now for about a week with no issues of note.
