Best I have used !
Would RecommendI really like the consistency of this patching compound. It hands down beats that lite weight spackling compound and should keep longer in the metal can.

WONDERFUL!
Would RecommendA lot better if you have a big hole than regular drywall mud. It has more heft so you work with it easier; you have to be fast if you don't want to sand because it sets up quickly. It saved me from having to cut out drywall because I worked it from the edges. Dries harder than drywall. The best product out there! For $8-$9 who cares if it dries up, you didn't have to hire professional help!

Works
Would RecommendPer the Lowes website, this is oil based, but the product in the store is latex, water cleanup. Lowes should update their website. Gave 4 stars due to website error.

Great patch product
Would RecommendI used this patch to repair some rotted wood areas on our 30 year old deck. After removing loose and rotted areas, I worked some patch into the areas in need. The patch is smooth and easy to work into the rotted sections. It dried nicely and was easy to sand for a good match. The patch took stain and paint nicely. I'm very happy with the quality of this product.

Works great for deep or large holes
I used this for several deep and large holes while renovating my fixer upper, and it has worked good. Drying time was quick and it held up well against cracking. Just dont forget to use some form of mesh or filler if it is a large empty hole

Great Stuff!
Would RecommendI used this to patch walls and ceilings in my daughter's 80 year old house. Large gaps, missing plaster, small cracks, it stuck to all, didn't shrink, and after three years no cracks have reappeared. It is thick and heavy, but goes on smooth. I've also used it as a drywall patch and it sticks and fills just as well. Has a slight chemical smell until dry, but whatever it is, it works!
