Hard to replace filter
Would RecommendI’ve been using a zero water for while because I like the taste of water but one thing I have problem with is that it is so hard to replace a filter. I have small hands and they are almost too much for me to handle. I wish there are easier to replace like a some other filter water in the market.

Well Made Filters
Would Not RecommendThe replacement filters, the heart of the Zerowater pitcher, are always well-made and do the job well. I have figured out an easier way to replace the filters. Unscrew the old one, which is easy. To attach the new filter, I hold the filter in one hand while the other hand keeps the piece the filter screws into firmly on a clean counter. This makes it easier to screw in the new filter without cross-threading.

Zero water replacement filters
Would RecommendFilters are great but they don’t always feed neatly. I have had to reapply mine several times to get it to attach to the holder properly. Otherwise, they do their job and we have enjoyed pure water. If this can be corrected, it would be an amazing product!

Filter Quality is bad
I had bought two filters for my ZEROWATER my 7 cup Ready Pitcher pour. One of the two filters was good initially but within a month it started smelling fish.Being a dissatisfied customer I replaced it with the second filter. It has been 34 days and now the filter water is tasting like lemony. I tested with TDS meter. The filtered water show 449. Not sure if the is a quality problem with replacement filters.
