Best filter for the best tasting water. Can't live without it.

89 year-old:

I eat only organic whenever possible and drink no other water than Zero...this is the best we can do in this day-and-age of so much pollution and we should all take responsibility to keep our bodies as healthy as possible.

Filter Effectiveness

Very effective at removing errant tastes from tap water.

A bit disappointed

I was disappointed and surprised that the water that first came out was black. It took several rinse to get through it. I never experienced that before. Also, sometimes some air bubbles get stuck and the tank stop filling up.

Better off getting cases of bottled water

Lasts less than a month at a minimum. It seems like it gets clogged and then I end up changing a filter out because the water won’t get filtered out.

Doesn't Allow Water to Go Down

Ever since zero was bought from the original owners (brand new) filters don't allow the water to go down. It used to be only once in a while now it's 1 out of every 3 filters.

Design a reusable container to encapsulate filter

great filters but would zerowater please design a product (i.e. the white plastic container that encapsulates the filter) that we can reuse and NOT just throw into the landfill after one use. Other brand water filtration tanks already do this. thank you.

Long use customer

We have used zero water for many years and are very pleased with the clean taste and the confidence in knowing it is clean from chemicals.

ZeroWater brings the water into range

Here in New Mexico, the water is really harsh, full of minerals and all sorts of things that basically register 'way off the ZeroWater gauge for "normal." We rely on ZeroWater filters to provide us with water that doesn't just taste good but which is safer for consumption.

I have been using your product for years. It does a fantastic job of filtering out all chemicals in my drinking water.

Used to be great

4 pack of filters all tested over .06 and tasted terrible, new pitcher leaks..been using this system for almost 10 years. Not sure what changed

Love zero water

I have been using this system for quite some time and I recommend it to everyone I know! Love this product!

Need a more environmentally sustainable design

I really dislike the hard and heavy plastic casing that will last forever in the waste stream. I wish you could come up with something more sustainable. I will soon have a filter at my sink and will stop using your product.

Zerowater and it's filters

We moved to Florida and the water here is IMPOSSIBLE to drink. I am so grateful that we bought Zerowater while we were living in NJ. We lived in a condo that was built in 1975 and you can imagine what the pipes looked like after 50 years. That's when we bought Zerowater containers, one for the fridge and a large one for the counter to cook with.

Black water

All of the filters in my pack results in black water. What is going on with this brand?!

Used to be great

I am very unhappy with my last 2 orders of these filters. I order in boxes of 2 filters each. Out of 4 filters, 2 were covered in mold on the top of the filter and 1 was making the water black when filtering and tested at an 8 before I even got to use it. That means 3 of 4 filters that I paid for are unusable. These filters are not cheap but I've always felt the expense was worth it because they did such an excellent job with contaminants. However, a 75% failure rate is not sustainable.
