I have been using ZeroWater technology for over a decade now and have peace of mind knowing that I am drinking the cleanest and healthiest water I can get on the market. That is until the new Culligan/Zerowater systems came out. I recently upgraded to the new 33 cup Culligan filter system, and I am again impressed with the new filter specifications and operation of this new unit. TY Culligan and ZeroWater! Best there is, best there ever will be!

Major Filter Design Flaw
Of the 10 filters I've used with the 32 cup dispenser, only 2 have worked properly. Most will work for a week or two, and then stop filtering - or will filter only when the bottom of the filter is above the water line in the dispenser. So frustrating. I just purchased 4 more filters, and the first one won't filter at all. So frustrating. I want a refund so I can buy a product that actually works, but am not holding my breath.

Filter quality dramatically dropped recently
I've noticed these filters don't last as long as they used to before the water starts tasting off and the TDS numbers skyrocket. This started a couple months ago and I find it hard to believe the tap water quality has gotten so bad the filters last 1-2 weeks when they used to last 4-6 weeks. The amount of time the filters last has decreased dramatically in the past 6 months from 6 weeks to 4-6 to 3-4, and now 1.5-2 weeks. Less than 2 weeks is ridiculous.

Beware of Microplastics from Zero Filters
The plastic packaging at the top of the filters flakes off into the water....

Air bubbles
Would RecommendThese work very well most of the time. Lately I’ve been having difficulty with all of the water filtering down. It seems like air gets trapped in the filter. I have to tilt the pitcher until I get the air bubbles out before all the water can filter.
From Culligan
The new filters leak in my pitcher.
Would Not RecommendThe new filters are useless. They do not seal in my pitcher - only in my 5 gal unit. My old filter seals just fine in my pitcher, so it's not my unit. I knew when Culligan took this over the quality would drop.

Not bad
Would RecommendLike the ZeroWater system very much, but from time to time the filters just won’t filter the water.

These only last a week?
Would Not RecommendIve been using these filters for a while but the last box of 6 I ordered are horrible. Each filter has only lasted a week before the water starts tasting terrible.
From Culligan
We apologize for the short life on your last box of filters, we have placed an order to have them replaced for you.
You're STILL the BEST!
I have been using ZeroWater for a couple of years now and I must say the water definitely tastes better than the "other major brand". Thank you ZeroWater!

Awesome 5 stage water filter
Would RecommendAwesome 5 stage water filter! I have used Zero water filters for years- I use it both at home and at our cabin. I have tested our water at home both before (meter read 371) and after ( meter read 000) filtering. I won't use any other water filtering system

Slow filtering
Filters are very slow. It takes several hours to filter the water. I’ve tried shaking the filter but it didn’t fix it.

Allergic Reaction
Would Not RecommendEver since I started drinking the filtered water, I’ve had allergic reactions. Dry mouth, inflamed tongue, sore and inflamed throat. I’m not sure what’s in the filters so I’m frustrated that I can’t find out which ingredient is making me have allergic reactions.

There is coconut in our filters, this information is listed in the frequently asked questions section on our website.
Filters are suddenly less effective
Would Not RecommendI’ve been using zero water filters for the past 7 years. Since Culligan has purchased them their filters are no longer lasting more than 3-4 weeks before the tds meter starts to read above a zero. It’s not cost effective to have to replace the filter every month

Improvements made since previous purchase!
Would RecommendArrived in tact in less than a week, assembly and changing to new filter easier than it was for a while. The silicone ring around circumference of filter fits well and threads without problem. Water is filtered into pitcher in just a few minutes - no back log. Basically tasteless, which is desirable indicator of minimum ppm.
