Easy to install and very pleased with how easy it is to use

App cannot be used outside the house

The application sucks big time, This has to be improved

Great smart lock

The installation was easy and the lock communicates with the app very well. It tells us if the door is closed and unlocked, if it's closed and locked, and who last entered (if using the personal pin function). Definitely cuts down on return trips to home to make sure we locked the door.

Absolute Junk

Purchased 3 of these for our house and 2 of 3 didnt work. After hours on the phone with tech support I have to jump through hoops to get these fixed under warranty....Do yourself a favor and buy a different product.......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a system for my door with Wyze before, but this is so much better. I can open my door with a code, a key, or on my phone. Different people in the house can have different codes, we can even have temporary access codes for visits. I am really amazed.

I love that the app is user-friendly and you can lock your door from your phone. You can also have other users unlock the door for you if don’t have your phone.  I highly recommend this product and plan to purchase it from family members.

It had all of the functionality of how we wanted to lock/unlock/change settings and have a back up of how to get in should the lock ever fail.
