The app stopped working the first week. Apparently there's a known issue with it not working for Android devices. I was not able to unlock the door from the app because the app could not connect to the device. Auto unlock feature when you get close to home does not work, and the doorSense feature does not work either. Very expensive regret purchase. I'm not sure why it has so many great reviews. Maybe, they're all Apple users.

Versatility

This lock is very versatile and has lots of options on notifications. Just installed. So far so good.

Make sure the correct item comes in.

The wrong item came in and when they tried to reopen the invoice, it kept trying to give the incorrect item to me again, so they set up another order, the price went up but at least the lady made the adjustments.

This lock is worth it!

Easy install and very useful! Would buy and install again for another door. This model has remote locking and can be integrated into Google Home

Stylish keypad lock with wifi connectivity.

Haven't installed yet but functionality seems extensive especially with wifi option.

Needs new batteries every week

Either we have a defective unit or this product is a waste of money. The keypad does every week, no matter what batteries we use. Do not recommend.

love this Yale smart lock

love thsi lock. I replaced a schlage smart lock that would not connect to the home smart system. this works great and was easy to install and set up.

Easier to install than you might think!

I was worried when I saw the owner’s manual of this lock because it is thick! There are templates even! But I watched a few videos (thank God for YouTube) and it seemed pretty straightforward so I took a deep breath and gave it a go. The installation really only took about ten minutes! And the lock works like a charm! I’m still exploring the different features, but so far I’m liking it a lot.
