New lock, nice upgrades

Big upgrade from my previous Yale lock. Took a little longer to install than I hope but now it’s working perfectly. I wish the app allowed you to skip parts of the install. Still need to get it on WiFi.

These are very easy to install, and fit most doors

I love the keyless entry and the ability to unlock the door from the Yale App. I also like how the buttons illuminate so there is no guessing if you pressed the right button.

Waste of batteries

this deadbolt eats batteries faster than Duracell can make them. the app is nice, the install is nice, but none of that matters when you have to change the batteries every other week, or the unit is dead because of how fast the batteries die.

A great digital lock. This is a product that I needed help to install.

Assure lock 2

It was easy to install but we have been unable to make it functional using Bluetooth and WiFi. We replaced the same lock that functioned perfectly for two years then it just stopped functioning . We replaced the batteries several time to no avail. I would not recommend.

Worst lock ever

This is the dumbest lock ever made! Nothing smart about it. It drains battery life no matter what brand you buy. Their customer service SUCKS!! I’ve spent as much on batteries as I have the locks and they have no record of my calls or emails, conveniently!!! Do not waste your money on this DUMBlock!!!

So far so good

So far so good. I have needed to let people in while I'm at work and then lock it behind them and it has done that effectively. I haven't used the app much but it connects with Google home as advertised.

Purchase this Yale lock for the side door to match the front door. It was an easy install, and it worked perfectly. it’s secured our house and I would highly recommend it to a friend.

Great lock

Easy install, great app, down side is cheap screws as with any that are supplied with products today. Stripped the head on a Phillips screw. Had to drill out and replace, but no issues with function ability.

Fairly easy to install and program

Once I got past the parts that didn't show the newest Lock 2 instructions, putting this handle and deadbolt onto my doors was pretty easy. At one point, I figured out that my camera was not going to register the QR codes that the locks come with to program them to the app and to our Homekit, but the instructions in the app make it super easy to enter the numbers another way or start all over completely. Great purchase. Spend the money

This was super easy to install and the app really helps with the videos on how to do each step instead of reading instructions. It works seamlessly and love the app and being able to check that I locked My door without having to return to the house. It is very intuitive and smooth as well. I also loved the added touch of the sensor telling you when the door is opened and closed as well as how they opened.
