Locked us out of our house
Would Not RecommendInstalled this keypad entry, and within a month the batteries it came with died. Replaced with expensive lithium batteries, and now another month and a half later the batteries completely died with no heads up from the Yale app, leaving us locked outside of our house. We had to break a window to get inside. Absolutely do not recommend this product.

Yale Digital Lock not ready for prime time
Would Not RecommendTotal disappointment, purchased fall of 2025. The lock was easy to install and setup, but that is where the good stops. Lock has lost configured access codes five times since setup. Resetting is a hit or miss proposition. This Lock eats batteries like candy. Yale tech support was less than helpful. This is at best a "beta" version. I would not purchase again.

New lock, nice upgrades
Would RecommendBig upgrade from my previous Yale lock. Took a little longer to install than I hope but now it’s working perfectly. I wish the app allowed you to skip parts of the install. Still need to get it on WiFi.
