Received a different set

Received our shipment and it wasn’t even the mfg I ordered. Nor all the pieces to make the same configuration. Waiting to get it picked up and had to reorder this again.

Don’t expect to get everything you paid for!

I love the product. However, as Lowe’s is well aware, one-third of this furniture was delivered via FedEx to the incorrect address. FedEx advised me to follow up with Lowe’s, who told me to return what I had and repurchase the items online again. What?! So now I have 2/3 of the furniture, and no refund from Lowe’s for the pieces that were never delivered.

Very thin cushions

The set is large and works for our area. It took hours for my husband to put together. Every chair section is in multiple pieces. The entire set comes in 3 boxes slightly larger than an XL moving box. Most of the cushions were vacuum sealed to save space. So far, the cushions are my only complaint and why I gave it a 4 star, I almost gave it 3. The seat cushions are extremely thin. I was very disappointed in them. no directions

It took us 5 hours to assemble. None of the parts were labeled and the directions were a joke. We finally just threw directions away and started checking to see which pieces would line up to which. Once we got it all together we really liked it. Next time I will purchase one already assembled.

assembly was not difficult and my family loves them

Broken glass for coffee table

We love the furniture but the glass on the coffee table was in a million pieces. Worked with 3 different support desks and hoping someone will help me get the glass replaced. I thought support would be better. Suggestion: unpack glass at the store before you take it home.

A comfortable set that seems well out together

Instructions are rudimentary, but wasn’t as difficult to put together as I had read earlier, and more comfortable than we expected to be honest. Well worth it for the price. Glass was broken inbox, but customer service responded the next day and had a replacement shipped immediately.

These things have been great.

I've really enjoyed being able to arrange and re-arrange them on our deck to either spread out, cuddle up, entertain, or just lounge.
