The couch is desent, but the cushions are so cheep for the price we paid. They look terrible & will need to be replaced.

This is a "you get what you pay for". It's fine. The construction isn't great but once together it seems as though it will be fine. Base cushions are a little hard but the back cushions are nice. The aluminum surrounds around the feet of each piece can be removed and make the whole couch look MUCH better.

really like the set - it is worth noting that the back of the seats are a little low, so although comfortable, if I had sat in it prior to purchasing online, I would have looked for something a little taller- Mine also came with damage to the arm and one of the pillows had a seam that had come apart. They also said it is water proof, which is is 100% NOT- the day after we put it out under our covered patio, it rained and the mist from the wind soaked our set

Did not come with hardware in any boxes. Also didn’t like the color so was going to get a better suited one to match

I will never order online Lowe’s again. You have no control over your merchandise. My patio set was supposed to be delivered 1040 to 240 today 530. I called the store and the manager couldn’t tell me when it was gonna get delivered. they had a ship date five days from now as I watch my order go somewhere else and I was asked why are you upset because I took the whole day off thinking I should be done by lunch and here it is 530 and you don’t even know if my delivery got shipped and I should call...

Very comfortable. Perfect for my needs. Fairly easy to put together. Took a couple of hours by myself.

The three boxes were opened and each of the contents were found expertly numbered to match the instruction booklet. Cheap tiny backrest

Wow! Never bought furniture online. Very skeptical. Arrived, on time, in 3 boxes, as described, well packaged. Took an hour for 3 to assemble. Sturdier than expected. Color exactly as pictured. Very very happy customers! Thanks Lowes for carrying XIZZI patio products.
