Looks Nice but Very Short and Uncomfortable

we purchased the set based on the pictures. They are correct but for us the furniture was not comfortable. The backs of the couches/chairs are very low. NO support for your back. The cushions are 8-10 inches higher that the back of the wicker. It looks pretty but not functional for us. If the company making the set would have increased the size by 20-25%, with higher backs for the sofa and chairs, along with slightly thicker cushions, they might have a winning product.

Never used the furniture. Returned it to Lowe's and they have not picked it up YET!!! The furniture was delivered on May 22, 2025. And it's still in my garage in the box it came in unopened and today's date is June 10, 2025.

Not true rattan

I like that the arrangement can be made in many different ways it is a nice sectional but I am disappointed with the rattan which is plastic. I hired someone to put it together. It took him 3 hours. A few screws were missing.

No instructions!

we really like the set. it fits our patio perfectly, and seems well built. my problem was figuring out how to assemble it. luckily I'm pretty handy so once I got the hang of it, it went together easily. I tried all kinds of sites to find instructions, finally found something close on YouTube.

Great value

Happy with my choice! The pillows are denser/heavy than I thought they would be and love that you can change the configuration. Got it on sale for $700 and not disappointed.

Sharp looking set, comfortable sitting experience

Assembly took a bit longer than expected and the shipment was 3 boxes total of which one arrived late but not a problem. Lining the pieces up during installation required a bit of finesse but after full assembly and adjusting the casters on the base, it's quite a solid comfortable sectional. The cushions are soft enough but firm so that you don't sink completely into them but also don't hurt during long sitting times. Would recommend to others.

Just got this put together yesterday so not sure.

It is so light, I am afraid it will blow off the deck and the cushions blow down from the back in just a small amount of wind.
