Not useful for the intended application
Would Not RecommendI purchased this device to control my porch light and it doesn't do that. The light is on. covered porch with plenty of exposure to daylight. Apparently the device isn't sensitive enough to shut offf the light during the day. It stays on 24 hours/day. There may be something else going on that I'm not seeing.

Would Not Recommendsuppose to be easy. screw it in, like the directions say, screw the light bulb in after, and if its dark enough, the bulb should light up. Its not suppose to light up with the sun pointing directly at the house. Cant even test it by putting the finger over the sensor, because the light is already on in the sun. This is junk. Such a simple concept and its junk. Dont buy this.

Thank you Candy. Yes, if the dusk to dawn light cotrol adapter is not compatible, the dusk to dawn bulbs are a great choice.
