I'm sure it would work. HI currently own two that are very similar to this item. However, my issue is the full lighting unit that I need to connect this to is not responding when I connect it. The my full light unit works as long as I don't connect this. I know for a fact it is not this particular product. Since I've opened it - I chose not to return it.
