Would Not RecommendI chose this item because it would fit inside the coach lamp on my from porch. It's rated 500W and it's only powering four 6-watt LED bulbs, so it should last forever, right? Nope, first one failed in 2 years, second failed 3 years later, now the third one has failed. I'll be shopping for a different brand.

Would Not RecommendSave your money, it's junk. Lasted about 3 months and quit working. While I liked the small size because it fit exactly where it needed to go, what's the sense if it fails in a short time. Replaced with a Tork, but had to enlarge the mounting hole.

Would RecommendI really like the small profile of the button. I replaced a unit that was much larger and was visible. I could tuck this one inside my lamp and only have the photo cell visible.

Would Not RecommendPurchased over 50 of these to install in individual powered light fixtures. Many have failed in less than 5years. The rest continue to work but any shade/clouds keep them on. See pic, taken around 9am. High rise is fully sunlight. Eventually they do turn off midday.

Junk - requires light of super nova to turn off
Would Not RecommendPurchased 4 to retrofit outdoor fixtures. Says indoor outdoor use on package, instructions say indoors only. Moderate sunshine is not enough to turn these off. They simply cycle on and off every minute or two unless you shine a flashlight directly into them. Pure garbage.

Misleading labeling on packaging
Would Not RecommendThe package for this button photo control says it is for indoor and outdoor use. However when you open the package the instructions say it is only to be used in a dry location. Well there is no such thing as a dry location outside with condensation due to temperature changes. This unit is a great size. However the fact that it is not waterproof is a major drawback. The the photo eye is too small. can not retrofit from other type unless there was a washer adapter
