Nice product

The lettering on the control knobs is hard to read as the lettering is small and a small overhang from the top of the range obscures some of the knob. Stove top control knobs
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are having problems with understanding the control knobs.. it looks like the single setting makes the dual heat come on, while the double is single heat... also it appears that 1 is the hottest while 5 is the lowest.

Stove does not allow hard boil
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range back in February but didn’t move in to our house until August. The oven works fine, but the stovetop’s design is very frustrating. The burners turn off and on “to protect the glass top” while you’re cooking. It only gets to a simmer or very low boil, but it never comes to a hard boil. I had 3 burners on high for an hour, and they never came to a full boil and the “boil” would lessen even more when the burners would toggle of...

Burners do not stay hot
Would Not RecommendI like the overall look. It’s very hard to keep the glass top smudge free. Any little water will leave a stain. Heating: I have to agree with other reviews, the burners do not hold heat. Chicken did not fry well because of this. I would have purchased a different one had I read the reviews first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven seems energy wasteful to me. It generates so much heat when I use it, and continues to throw off heat after baking. I fear it is not well insulated. The rapid pre-heat feature is not rapid; it’s no better than my 20 year old discarded stove. I can’t find information to distinguish the functions bake from air bake.
