Don’t like it

Both burners with multiple sizes burn everything unless you cook on low, which does a poor quality to steaks and burgers. The back right burner takes 15 minutes to boil a small pan of water, and the oven is no better. I want my old 17 year old stove back, at least I could sear steaks and roast vegetables

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this range about 2 months. It is functional; the oven works satisfactorily and the range does as well. I am not sure about other features since I have not used them. The appliance is beautiful, but maintenanceof the stove top is a burden. The "wipe clean cooktop" does not wipe clean. Repeated efforts at "everyday", "tough soils", and "tips and tricks" as noted in the manual must be repeated multiple times to have the range surface look...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this approximately a month ago. I already HATE it! First off, the wipe clean cooktop looks terrible already! The let water soak is a joke (we always clean immediately after use). The top oven control section is very frustrating as well! upon cleaning it is almost impossible to clean without turning oven or SOMETHING on. The stove control knobs are in a place that is very difficult to see what temp level you have it on. I could go on...

I prepared my wishlist of features I wanted in my range before I searched. Whirlpool not only included those, but had more than expected. I am very pleased with the quality and brand I have found. Beautiful stove; Won’t boil water 😟

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is slow to cook on the stovetop. To boil water is almost impossible, the smart feature keeps turning the coils off and on which keeps it from coming to a roiling boil, produces poor quality food.

Lowes service dept is under staffed

Oven door would not shut completely had to return it. Lowe’s service desk is terribly understaffed. It took me 3 days to get my phone called answered and then I was cut off. I had to take the stove back myself. The woman working the service desk was helpful and tried to order me a stove. I kept receiving different new delivery dates. Finally Jordon in the appliance dept. called me and said my replacement stove had issues and had not been ordered. Back to Lowes got refund for the replacement st...

Oven controls broken and won't boil water

We purchased one of these in September. It took several days before I could use it because I had to relocate the wall plug lower to clear the oven in the back. Lowes only has a 2 day return window on appliances (which means I will probably never buy an appliance from Lowes again...), and by the time I had the oven set up it was too late. The first time I ran the oven everything seemed fine other than the lovely smell of all the contaminants burning off, but the next day I tried to actually use ...

Range heat element caught on fire on first use.

Do not buy Whirlpool range. Neither Whirpool or Lowe’s will help you with a lemon product. We received delivery 9/30/2025. The Heating element in the oven caught on fire the 1st time we preheated oven (Nothing was in the oven) Thick white smoke billowed through home, smoke detectors went off. I am terrified to have the range in my home. Not in love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like most of the new range. I find the computerization of everything to be cumbersome. i.e. I can't find a "button" to set the clock. I need to try to remember which menu the clock set is in. Haven't begun to find out how to use the air fryer or self clean features. I'm a computer programmer by trade, so if I'm having difficulty with it, I can't imagine being illiterate in computer stuff.
