A Disappointment and inconvenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this stove for just over 2 weeks and its control panel failed and needs repair. We had the reported the problem and despite paying for full warranty coverage, we were told to find and pay for a repair service, including any replacement parts, and seek reimbursement. We are currently waiting on the repair.

Look before you buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range and like having 5 burners. For one thing, the knob was at the off position but the surface hot stayed on for hours. I went over to check the burners and put my hand down flat on one that was hot. I really got burned. We could not figure out why the burner was on and the knob was off. The writing on the knobs is tiny and if you want to use all the elements that the knob controls - you have to find the double or triple ar...

get this only if you like waiting 30 minutes for water to boil. Get this if you don't ever want saute heat. get this if you are willing to add 20% bake time to all things. in other words, this is a very bad stove and you shouldn't get it.

Beautiful Range

Range arrived in perfect condition and was easy to install once we modified kitchen counter and cabinets that previously had a drop in range which are disappearing like the dinosaurs. My wife is thrilled with all the options for cooking and baking plus it looks good in her kitchen.

This is a great product.

So far my expirence with the product hasbeen great. Easy to operate, cleans up easy and looks great.

Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burners go off and come back on then come back on. It’s less than a month old and it’s already having to have a repair. That in itself was a horrible experience!

Control Panel Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Error code with control panel after first use. Got a new control panel. Error code again. It’s working now but we don’t know how long. Outside of oven gets extremely hot. The only plus so far has been the features.

Excellent features and technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a Whirlpool freestanding range that was 8 years old and Biscuit in color to this stainless slide in. I recently needed a new refrigerator and bought a Whirlpool side by side in stainless. I upgraded the dishwasher and range to stainless as well.
