Why is there not a "rinse only" cycle?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am pleased with the capacity and performance but disappointed there is not a "rinse only" cycle. To accomplish this I start a wash cycle and then cancel it after 15 minutes. Very annoying to have to "trick" it into "rinsing only" for me. Salesman didn't know if it had a "rinse only" cycle. Whirlpool representative wasn't sure but agreed I could "trick" it into rinsing for me. Why is there not a “rinse only” cycle?????

Large capacity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a few weeks ago and so far am not disappointed. Top rack holds six cereal bowls which frees up space in the middle rack for more glassware. I run my new dishwasher 2-3 less times per week than my previous. Dries well and cleans following a brief rinse (of plates). Would recommend.

The best feature is it’s quietness

Super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just recently bought in process of a kitchen remodel. I have only had a chance to run twice but very impressed with how quiet it is. It has been about 30 years since I have had one and super impressed with the quality so far.

Works well when it works

The warranty folks were quick to get a local repair company in touch with us. The repair company called and when I explained the issue they already knew what it was and didn’t need to come diagnose it, parts are on order. Very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a few weeks ago. Seems to clean ok. Very quiet - can't hear it running at all. The inside of the washer and the dishes are still wet at the end of a 3 hr cycle. Instructions not very helpful, even on the website. The third rack is virtually useless, sorry I got it. My last Whirlpool dishwasher was great, and lasted 23 years before it started rusting inside.

Brand new and doesn’t work properly!

This dishwasher has not worked from day 1, I have not had it 4 weeks! It does not dry, my dishes are not clean. I bought a brand new dishwasher and someone has to come out to fix it! Horrible don’t buy it!! I want a new dishwasher not a broken dishwasher that is not what I paid for!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I haven't given five stars is due to the long amount of time it takes to wash a load. I had to dispose of my 30 year old machine which washed dishes in 30 to 45 minutes.

Sleek design

However, it doesn’t hold as much as I thought it might as the top rack has just a little clearance. Foe example, glasses do not fit on top. Still, very pleased with my purchase.

Fantastic Enough to Buy Again

The third rack is a HUGE plus, as it allows me to put cooking/baking utensils and other things safely in the dishwasher without using up space for larger items. FavoriteDishwasher yet

The best feature of this dishwasher is the quiet running cycle; you can barely hear it. The second best feature is the depth of the dishwasher because I can stack two rows of dinner plates side-by-side without touching each other. That’s huge. I love the silverware tray. It’s all one big long tray that you can pick up out of the dishwasher. Sit on your counter while you put away all the utensils. I like having the digital buttons on the top so I don’t have to bend over to read them. All in all...

Poor installation instructions

Installed myself and found the installation instructions were a bit dated and did mot match the dish washer very well.
