Simple well-working unit

Excellent Reverse Osmosis unit. Easy to install, trouble-free.

Good system, but shorter faucet than older model

Bought this to replace old system that wore out after many years of use. Good system, but the faucet itself was considerably shorter than the one replaced. Would prefer they kept the height of them older system.

Had to return the system. Too noisy and would not stop “running “. The system would not pressurize. What a waste of water. The plumber said it probably was defective.

Best tasting water. Doesn't take up a lot of space.

I been using this type of R.O. water treatment system since 1976. I highly recommend this for every household.

Ease of use

My original system lasted over 15 years. Obviously I bought another like system. I installed new system in less than an hour and expect it will last just as long. We love it and the water tastes great.

Overall pretty good

Likes: horizontal filter configuration with stand, easy to follow tubing installation. Dislikes: faucet is flimsy, not a good base and seriously the worst one of the three systems I have installed. Fix this and this would be a five star review.

I bought this a about a week ago and there was no battery included and not even a battery housing that I could buy my own battery. This was the main reason for purchasing this system because it indicated when it was time to change filters. But I already had hole drilled to match up faucet in solid surface counter top and plumber scheduled. I ended up buying test kit strips for that. I have contacted Whirlpool and have 2 requests in but it's been several days and still no further contact. I wa...

Had a whirlpool that was 15 years old and happy with it till it started leaking. The new one is a lot faster

Easy to install and use

This was our second unit. Our first unit sprung a leak after about seven years of continuous use. We love the unit and the fresh water it provides.

Great feeling knowing I have the cleanest water.

I am in a community that has very hard well water. I am feeling safe with my drinking water from the little faucet, I have an auto immune disease which requires me to drink a tremendous amount of water, This is also connected to my ice maker.

Terrible design and workmanship, waste of time

This product was problematic right out of the box, it constantly disposes water to drain, even after a warranty replacement of the membrane! The shut off device is of poor design and quality. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Whirlpool support is even worse that their product.
