Good Directions-Very Easy Installation

This is our third RO system to install. My compliments to whoever designed the instruction and packaging. This was by far the easiest system to install. I purchased this RO system because of the ease to replace the cartridges in the future. Whenever you look at installing a similar system, be sure to look at the cost of the replacement cartridges. On my old system, the cost to replace my cartridges was almost the cost of this system. That’s why I changed to this RO system.

Whirlpool advanced under sink RO filter

All good EXCEPT for the plastic nut/screw on top of the tank. Our handi man said it should be metal. It already leaked under the sink from the top of the tank. Was not happy about that. BUT it produces a steady flow of water, and I like the 3 filters on the floor vs. Hanging from the side of the cabinet wall under the sink. Easier to change filters, move around, and takes up less space.

Good product, Horrible Customer Service

Product is good but the attitude from Lowe's people, like wow, HORRIBLE. They act like they're doing me a favor. Wrong!!! Went to get my RO filter, went to the self pick up, computer stated to call associate to get my item from backside of store. He was nice, cordial and went to get my filter. While I was waiting, I wanted to pay for two additional items at the self pickup cashiers. A woman with a name tag saying "KIM" just had a long, not friendly face. Improved Tank with higher pressure increased flow

Needed to replace tank the filters were changed but the flow was low, This new thank has been improved and the flow iis much better.

Leaks all over

The unit worked great for the first couple of years and now it's got four different leaks where the line goes out to the sink it cracked the yellow line is leaking at the compression fitting and the top of the unit has a leak not sure where it's leaking and the last filter is leaking as well

Great System to replace my old System.

I replaced my old Whirlpool System with this one. I had bought so many extra filters, so I was glad to still be able to buy this one that uses the same filters. Installation was easy. Installed my new System yesterday and working well.

Can't live without it!

The first one of these I bought 12 years ago...Don't know what I would do without one!

Storage Tank

Had the water on for 7 hours, not a drop in the storage tank, still drizzling at the faucet

Lots of bang for your buck...

Purchased and installed on 6/19/2012 and it's 3/16/2024 and other than changing filters I finally have to replace the faucet due to one of the base screws breaking off. That was on me not the product. It's provided us with great drinking water in a area with terrible well water that is very high in iron. Awesome product that I would purchase again.

Water Tastes Great

You can taste the minerals in the water, but it's subtle. Water tastes clean. We have only used it for 2 weeks now

Quality and long lasting

I bought my first WHER 25 system over 15 years ago. And bought a 2nd unit 6 years after that only because where I had the tank, got a bit rusted because of a sink leak. Bought a 3rd one 2 years ago to install in my then girlfriends home(now my wife). All 3 units performed perfectly with no real issues. Looking for another one now as a backup system.

Great water filtration system

The UltraEase Reverse Osmosis Filtration System is one of the best improvements we’ve made in our home. No solids, no metals, no harmful chemicals. Just clean, refreshing water at the simple turn of a faucet. A reasonably priced product for years of water with no impurities.

Defective products

I purchased this a couple years ago and constantly have issues with the overpriced filters being defective due to poor manufacturing. Constantly having low flow issues after following all manufacturing instructions for pressurizing the tank, cleaning flow valve etc. Usually the filters don't allow flow through them due to poor quality. I currently have 3 sets of ridiculously expensive filters that are brand new and don't function. Once you open the package, you own them whether they work or not....

UltraEase Reverse Osmosis Filtration System review

I bought this system a few weeks ago and installed it replace a Whirlpool Wher 25 system that I have owned and used for over 20 years. I replaced it because of leaking tubing fittings and a faulty Automatic Shutoff Valve system. Post installation analysis results using a Dissolved Solids Meter shows that this system doesn’t match the performance of my old system. This indicates to me that the filters are not performing as well as the old ones I purchased before.

Cracked at Yellow Hose and Leaks

Unit was about three years old and developed a crack at the flange where the yellow hose attached. Ruined a cabinet due to the leaking.

Amazing tasting water

We have a community well so this assures us that we are always drinking water that has been properly filtered. The manifold that the filters screw into has started to leak. so I'm trying to find a replacement part.
