I regret this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I am so sorry I did. I have had Whirlpool Duets for 20 years and loved them. This washer doesn't get a basic load clean unless you put it on sanitize.

Excellent Options

Load and Go is Great!

This is my second of the exact same washer as the first one died while it was under extended warranty after about 4 years. I love the load and go feature and use it almost every load. Washer cleans clothes very well...I pretreat with Shout and every stain comes out. It's pretty quiet and has lots of options. I especially like the 'Quick Wash' which really does finish in less than 20 minutes - I use it for clothes that are not very soiled. I'm hopeful that this washer will last longer than the pr...

Our Best Washer Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a family of six, laundry is always a priority. This washer is the best purchase we have made in the last 15 years. I don’t know how but its ability to remove stains from clothes is far superior to the Samsung we had previously. Also love the load and go feature where we can load up the dispenser with soap and it is good for a bunch of washes. It’s very quiet and doesn’t use a lot of water. Would highly recommend

5.0 Front load not good

Did 2 loads of Laundry had Error codes E-1, F-3, F-4, E-4. We had a model that was 4 years old same issues. I would not recommend buying this unit

Disappointed

Nice washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this washer. The first one I bought a few years ago was the Duet. I got this one for the fan feature. It doesn't really completely dry them but it helps. I only wish it was easier to remove and clean the rubber gasket.

SOOOO MUCH BETTER THEN LG.

The new house came with an LG.. it was only a few years old but it was terrible. I sold it for 30bucks and got this washer. I love it!!! I really wish the drying feature didn’t take 12+hours..or that the fan fresh thing was on a button that didn’t have to be held down for 3 seconds..
