Replaced our old Kenmore front loader

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this and installed myself. We love the ease of not having to add detergent with each load, but wish the softener also had an auto feed. I have been running a lot of loads to catch up on our laundry pile since the old front loader quit. I can say I am very satisfied at this point and would recommend this washer.

Big Change

Works as expected except I am most surprised by the 2x as before cycle length. Laundry takes much longer to complete. But clothes are adequately cleaned without abuse. I wish the “hidden” options were always visible. I find the load and go dispenser not really useful. I have to use the other dispenser for loads with no softner? Great machine and very nice looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new washer. The clothes come out almost dry. It is also so much quieter than my 19 yr old Whirlpool Duet. Only thing I do not like is the door size. Too big. My laundry room is not very big and the large door makes it awkward. I also like the detergent drawer.

Five Year Review

I have had this washer for five years. Clothes come out nice and well-laundered. I use Affresh or bleach monthly to keep it clean. Only having trouble with fabric softener dispenser not emptying.

Super quiet

My clothes are still dirty and smelly

Can someone please tell me why my gym clothes stink after I wash them in this washer? And why baby throw up just doesn’t come out and I can still smell it? It’s like the washer doesn’t use enough water. I’m using the right amount of HE detergent. The washer is maintained. I’m following all procedures. Someone tell me what to do. Because if I can’t figure this out, I think I might just go back to a regular washing machine that isn’t HE.

wrost unit I have used

I have used multiple units before, Samsung, other Whirlpool, and some other I cannot recall the brand. We got this unit when we purchase our home two years ago, so may be the previous owner didn't take good care of it? but this unit is nothing but trouble to us. sock got caught to the drain, so we actually ended up have to bag all the socks before we put it in machines, which we didn't have to do with our Samsung or another whirlpool unit we used. then the soap dispense made it difficult to acce...

40 day review.

There isn’t a lot of hard copy instructions, you need to go online to get more information if you can find it. It doesn’t spin out as much water as my prior machine, and I wish there was a full instruction manual. Overall it is a decent machine.

Cheap materials used
