Broken after a few washes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago it it broken in my laundry room after a few washes. Couldn’t get service out for 3 weeks! So I have no washer!!! Do not buy this it’s cheaply made!!

Best Washer I Have Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been avoiding front-load washers for a long time. I should have gotten this a long time ago. The features are great, and the different cycles allow me to wash a king-sized comforter or one to two items with a quick wash. The load-and-go feature is excellent. It uses a precise amount of detergent without wasting it. Another quality product by Whirlpool.

Going for another 15 plus years!

My former one was 15 years old, and I would still be using it if the computer board panel had not been discontinued. I would like for Whirlpool to have ALL parts available on a longer term since they are the best on the market. My new washer has a lighted inside which is very helpful. I like this washer very much but 2 things I liked better on my other washer- I didn't have to bend way down to put in the detergent in the bulk dispenser. Also, I really miss the automatic cycle at the end of the wash cycle that would dry out the inside.

The detergent reservoir is large, and easy to fill. The machine is quiet and I like the interior light for the wash drum as I use this in a dark cellar environment. The spin cycle really removes the moisture from the clothes, so my dryer doesn't have to run long. My only regret at this time, is I wish ...

Black mold growing inside

Do NOT buy this. I’ve had it for a few years and cannot keep it clean. I discovered my clothes coming out with spots of mold on them and then found black/brown goo on the inside of the plastic part. It is disgusting.

Not User Friendly
