I love this machine!!

It is the best washer I've ever had. It really cleans the clothes. Also, it cuts down on my drying time.The only thing is that the cycles are somewhat long.

I was so excited using my Whirlpool washer that Iv'e told everyone if you buy a washer buy a American made whirlpool Washer. My laundry looked magnificient, the capacity,everything about it is awesome. top of the line in every way.

Easy to use washer

So far this has been a good washer. It appears to be well made and is easy to use . I wish it had a filter that could be cleaned easily. Our last washer had a filter the water cycled through that could be easily cleaned. .The preset settings are helpful, but I wish there was a complete manual option that would allow me to choose what I want for time / temp / speed without limitations

Very good product

My first washer and dryer I purchased 37 years ago was a Whirlpool the washer lasted about 12 years, the dryer over 20 years,I have had used other products that I had to replace sooner and did not like there performances. When I had to purchase this washer thats why I went back to Whirlpool.

Easy to use

I have not had any problems do far. It is easy to use, I just try and let it air out and use the cleaning cycle.

Quite simply put, this is the best washing machine that I have ever owned. I have commented to my husband that we are either the cleanest or the dirtiest people around because I do laundry most every day. I love the capacity! Overall we like the unit. We bought the unit less than 1 yr. ago and the power button light went out on it. A little concerned that this is a pre-cursor of future problems.

I love all the features of this machine

I love everything about this machine and for the first few months I had it I thought it was the best machine I have had. Now a few more months have gone by and I am wondering why they put such a large tub in a machine when if I fill it up, all the soap suds does not come out of the clothes and I have yuck on the clean clothes, sheets, towels, etc. Maybe for the first few months I was doing small loads but now it seems I have to be extremely careful about load size.

I love the new type of pull out soap, etc. dispenser. Front loading is a must at my height. I love the clean fresh option and tablets. The fan fresh is great if you aren't washing easy wrinkle stuff. All in all it is a wonderfully easy to use washer with up to date technology.

Easy to use

This is a very smart washer. It cleans clothes very nicely and lets you know when it's time to be cleaned.The only hiccup with this appliance is that the door on the washer is not reversible.

Much improved

I had one of the first front loaders that whirlpool did in the 90s. They have improved the features, the size of the drum, and mold on the rubber gasket.

Better for not-so-dirty households

I've had this washer for over a year now and I can't say I love it, but I have gotten better at using it and so it will work for now. My biggest gripe with this machine is the lack of water it uses. The water level is very low on most cycles and just plain not enough on others. The concept was designed with efficiency in mind, but if I have to run some loads twice to make sure the clothes get clean that is not efficient at all. My household is a messy one (2 boys and 1 plumber) so I need my clot...

Good machine with some irksome quirks.

The irksomes: While not unique to this machine, the constant mopping out of water and debris from the door seal is a pain--pretty much needs it after every load.It's a bit confusing when it comes to getting the machine to do something you specifically want; case in point: re-spinning a load that didn't get enough water extraction. Instead of having a re-spin selection on the control, you have to select "rinse/drain & spin" and then de-select "extra rinse" to obtain a spin-only cycle. Seems t...

Love the features.

Fan fresh was a great addition. No more smelly clothes because someone forgot they'd washed a load. Easy enough that teenagers will use it. Gentler on clothes and things that unexpectedly end up getting washed. Cuts drying time dramatically.

So far so good. We bought these as a set and they work great. I have read reviews of the washer going out after a year, so we will se in March.
